dummies

I had some running around to do at lunch and ended up picking up the 2nd edition of PHP and MySQL for Dummies at Chatpers.  I know I’ve got a great big SQL/MySQL book somewhere which has some PHP thrown into the mix, but I have no idea where it is right now.  It wasn’t in the box with the rest (majority) of my web programming/development books, so either it’s lost to the void or it’s in another box somewhere in the Storage Closet of DOOM (dun Dun DAAAAAAAA!).

I’ve totally slacked off this afternoon, BOO.  Oh well.  I’ve got half an hour left.  Must remember to wear comfy walking shoes to Brownies tonight.  We’re taking a few cases and going to try and sell them door to door.   I bought hot chocolate and rice krispie treats for the girls for after.  The weather is damp and cool and icky and not very fun.  But if it’ll help get rid of at least a few more of the 20 cases I’ve got left in my house, I’ll be very happy.

Other units are in need of cookies too, so I’ll hopefully not be stuck with many left.  If I am, well, oh well, I guess.  I’ll buy a tarp and move them into my shed, bundle them up so they don’t get wet if any water leaks in, and hopefully sell them when the district gets mall time in the spring.  They can be frozen.

Yeah, so I should probably fax a couple of these things before I go home.  Have to run to the chiropractor, then to Dawn’s house to get her to sign a unit cheque for me, then home to grab cookies and change for the meeting, then to the meeting.

Busy busy!

But hey, I actually get a weekend!  Both Saturday & Sunday off without me booking any time off.  I’m happy.
