So, working a little bit on work’s website. Look’s okay in FireFox (but I still can’t figure out why I can’t get my dynamic meta insert script thingy working), but HORRIBLE in IE.

This random extra code was showing up in IE (but not FF), and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.

Apparently, because I’ve got an include commented out using HTML, but NOT commented out with PHP (because it’s an IF this; include this; else include this; sort of thing) it would show up in IE. But not FF.

It’s RETARDED. Since it’s been a while since I’ve looked at the code, I wasn’t sure where this extra crap was coming from. But I finally found it. Ugh.

Looks like FireFox says ‘Well! Here’s the the start of the commented section and way down here’s the end of it, so I’ll just skip over all of it.’ IE’s like ‘Uh-uh. I’ll skip over the HTML bit, but hey, this is a different language, so I’ll do what it says.’ REDICUTARDED.

I HATE IE. (okay, enough with the caps.)
